Given the recent increases in energy prices and the projections that these increases will continue, this is a perfect time to explore solar.
Massachusetts leads the nation in state and utility sponsored incentive programs. Additionally, a portion of the Covid-19 relief act that was signed into law in December of 2020 provided for a two-year extension of the 26% federal tax credit for solar installations. The federal solar installation tax credit (ITC) was scheduled to drop to 22% at the end of 2020. This means that you may be eligible to recoup 26% of the cost of installation through 2022. Consult your tax professional for details on eligibility and how to claim the ITC. There are also no-money-down programs available. We’ll assist you in accessing them as well as applying for all incentive programs. You will keep all incentives for which you are eligible.

Promotion rules
The promotion will run through the date specified on promotional materials, October 15, 2021 for Solarize Fairhaven. This is not a referral incentive program although referrals will aid in advancing the increasing discount levels. The promotion coverage area is defined by the area designated in the promotion (in this case, the town of Fairhaven). All contracted clients will receive discounts beginning with $500 for the initial three installations. Discounts will increase incrementally for installations 4 – 6 ($750); 7-9 ($1000); and 10 plus ($1500). Clients will receive a total rebated discount based on the discount rate segment of the highest number of installations contracted at the end of the promotion period, not to exceed $1500.00 in total rebated discounts per client. Rebates will be issued at the conclusion of the promotional period. Checks will begin procession on October 16, 2021.
